GENERALITIES
Diesel fuel containe a waxy constituent which precipitates out as smail crystals during low temperature.THE STANADYNE fuel heater limits the crystals accumalation into the injection pump.connected no a hot wire the fuel heater will start working instantaneously as soon as the fuel temperature is belw 10°C the ground is connected with the tab welded on the tube.
INSTALLATION
The STANADYNE fuel heater must be fitted as vertically as possible and close the fuel filter intel
IN CASE OF FLEXIBLE LINE

Cut the rubber tube about 80mm (3in) from the fiter inlet and remove a 160mm (6.25in) rubber tube length.
Insert the fuel heater in place of the removed tube.the arrow printed on the fuel heater body must point towards the fuel filter inlet.
Tighten the hose clamps.
IN CASE OF RIGID-LINE

Procure tow pieces of diesel proof rubber tube diam.9,5mm (375in)
Cut the line to a lenght slightly longer than the fuel heater size.
Joint the fuel heater and the line with the rubber pieces.
Tighten the hose clamps.
IN CASE OF EXCESSIVES VIBRATION OF THE FUEL HEATER FIX IN ON THE CAR BODY WITH THE SUPPLIED CLAMP.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
Refer to our installation drawing figure III or IV.
Connect the tube tab to a ground.

STANADYNE fuel heaters are guaranteed one year within the limit of STANADYNE's general warranty condition and the relevent legislation.
