New customer: the steps to order

1. Create a user account

2. Indicate your name, shipment and delivery adresses

3. Go shopping

4. Choose the payment method: CB, paypal, transfer

5. Follow the treatment and expedition of your order until shipping.

Once you find your part, you add it to the cart by clicking on "Add to cart":

Trick: you can ask a mechanic for a quote, once you have all the part references, you order them on our site for lower cost.

1. Create a new customer account

To order, you must have a customer account. You can create it from "My account" or when you confirm your order.

Register you personnal informations (adress, name, shipping adress, ...)

Choose a password, with this one and your email adress, you can connect to your account and manage it easily.

2. Registration

you order online, you receive an email confirming the registration of your order.

3. Processing

any order is checked by our commercial service in order to ensure against possibly fraud. Once the order is checked ok, it is processed. Our sell service, check that the reference is available, otherwise, we order the reference with relevant supplier. But, if the product is not available with our supplier, we process the refund within a few hours.

4. Tracking

you can verify the progress of your order at any time by calling to +33 491 84 50 43.

5. Shipment

When the product leaves our warehouse, an email is sent to prevent you the shipment of your package.

6. Delivery

In the worldwide with one of our carriers referenced, shipped your package at the adress you mentioned in your account when registering.

Now you have choice between the following carriers:

- Colissimo, SoColissimo from 6€90

- Lettre Max 4€51

- TNT, from 10€ delivered the next day for any order placed before 12:00 except weekend.

- Chronopost, from 24€ delivered the next day for any order placed before 15:00 pm

- and finally DHL, from 62€, for specific international shipments
